Queue Instagram and Facebook posts ahead of time from one place

The scheduler publishes to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's content publishing API, using the same connection your automations use.

What you can schedule

  • Instagram: single image, carousel, and Reels, with a caption.
  • Facebook Page: posts, through a Page connected via Facebook. See connect via Facebook.

Steps

  1. Scheduler → New post.
  2. Choose the account, upload media, write the caption.
  3. Pick a date and time. Arolead publishes at that moment and shows the status in the queue.

Limits

Meta's own rules apply: Reels must meet Instagram's video requirements, and publishing is only available to Business or Creator accounts. Per plan, scheduled posts per month are 10 on Free, 25 on Lite, 50 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Agency.

Pairing a post with an automation

Schedule the post, then create a comment-to-DM automation on it with the keyword you mention in the caption. The automation is live before the post goes out, so the first comment is answered.
