AI knowledge and replies

Arolead's AI does not improvise. It answers from documents you upload, and when it cannot find an answer it says so and escalates. That is the difference between an assistant that saves you time and one that invents a refund policy.

Knowledge

1. AI → Knowledge → Upload. Accepted files: TXT, PDF and DOCX, up to 10 MB each.
2. Arolead extracts the text, splits it into passages and indexes them. Status moves from Processing to Ready.
3. Upload the things customers ask about: prices, shipping, policies, FAQs, product sheets.

Intelligence

An intelligence is an AI brain: a set of documents plus instructions about tone and boundaries.

1. AI → Intelligence → New. Name it, attach documents, write instructions such as "answer in Hinglish, never quote a discount not in the price list".
2. Set the similarity floor: how confident the match must be before it answers. Higher means fewer wrong answers and more escalations.
3. Test it in the panel with real customer questions and adjust.

Using it

• AI response step in any automation: answers the message from the brain, and branches to answered or escalate.
• Auto-reply toggle on the brain: creates an AI bot automation that holds whole conversations. See DM automations and the AI bot.
• Write with AI in the template editor: drafts and rewrites message text.
• Assistant (Starter and above): a chat that can read your own account data, for questions like "which leads need me today".

Credits and keys

Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits, shared across the whole workspace:

Free has 50 credits a month, Lite 150, Starter 300, Pro 1,500, Agency unlimited. From Starter up you can add your own Gemini API key instead; usage on your own key is never metered.

Knowledge uploads, the AI response step, the bot and the assistant all need Starter or higher. Write with AI is on every plan.
