Page comments and Messenger, answered
Facebook automation for Page comments and Messenger
Someone comments on your Page or sends a Messenger DM. Arolead replies in seconds, sends the answer in Messenger, and saves the person as a lead next to your Instagram and WhatsApp conversations.
What you can automate on Facebook
Comments, Messenger and posting, from the same connection as your Instagram account.
Facebook comment-to-DM
A keyword under a Page post gets a public reply and the link, code or answer in Messenger, through Meta’s private reply. It works even if the person has never messaged your Page.
How comment-to-DM worksMessenger keyword replies
Match a word in a Messenger DM and run a chain of steps: a reply, a question that stores the answer, a tag, a stage change. A catch-all handles every DM no other automation matched.
DM automationsAI replies from your documents
Upload your pricing, policies and FAQs, and the AI bot answers Messenger questions from them. It hands off to you when someone asks for a human or it cannot answer.
AI knowledge and repliesScheduled Page posts
Queue Facebook Page posts ahead of time from the same place you schedule Instagram, using the same connection your automations use.
Scheduling postsSet up Facebook automation in three steps
Step 1
Connect via Facebook
Log in with the Facebook account that manages your Page and choose the Page. The Page and the Instagram account linked to it connect together.
Step 2
Pick a trigger and write the reply
Choose a comment keyword or a Messenger keyword. Add a public reply, a Messenger message, and optional steps to tag the person or ask a question.
Step 3
Turn it on and follow up from the inbox
Every person who comments or messages becomes a lead. Messenger threads sit in the same inbox as Instagram and WhatsApp, and replying yourself pauses the bot for that person.
Is Facebook automation allowed?
Yes, when it runs on the official Meta API with app-reviewed permissions, which is how Arolead works. You log in through Meta’s own screen and never share a password.
Meta’s rules still apply. A Page can send one private reply to a comment within 7 days, and Messenger messages for 24 hours after a person’s last message. Arolead refuses a send outside an open window instead of attempting it.
Better than Meta Business Suite’s automated responses?
Business Suite’s instant replies and away messages are free and fine for a simple Page. Arolead adds reply chains that ask a question and store the answer, AI replies from your own documents, and a lead pipeline shared with Instagram and WhatsApp.
Which plan includes Facebook
Facebook Pages are on Starter, at ₹499 or $19 a month, together with the lead pipeline and AI replies from your documents. Pro, at ₹1,499 or $39 a month, adds WhatsApp and story automation. Auto-replies are unlimited on every plan.
Common questions
Can I automate Facebook comments and Messenger in one tool?
Yes. A comment keyword automation replies under the post and sends the answer in Messenger, and a DM keyword automation answers Messenger messages. Both run from the same builder as Instagram.
Do I need an Instagram account to automate my Facebook Page?
Arolead connects a Facebook Page together with the Instagram professional account linked to it, so link one in the Page’s settings under Linked Accounts before connecting.
Can I message people who have not messaged my Page?
Only once, as a private reply to a comment they left within the last 7 days. After that, Messenger messages can be sent for 24 hours after the person’s last message.
Is Facebook on the Free plan?
No. Facebook Pages start on the Starter plan. The Free plan covers one Instagram account with comment-to-DM.
