What is Meta automation?

Meta automation means replying to comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp automatically, using the official APIs Meta gives approved apps. It covers comment replies, DM and Messenger replies, story replies and WhatsApp messages.

Arolead is an official Meta Tech Provider. It connects through Meta’s own login with app-reviewed permissions, and access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Meta Business Suite automation, and where it stops

Meta Business Suite has built-in automated responses, such as instant replies, away messages and answers to frequently asked questions. They are free and fine for a simple Page.

What it does not give you is one lead pipeline across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, a reply chain that asks a question and stores the answer, or an AI bot that answers from your own documents. That is the gap Arolead fills.

Inside Meta’s rules

A business can send one private reply to a comment within 7 days, and ordinary messages for 24 hours after a person’s last message. After that, only WhatsApp allows a message, and only with an approved template. Arolead refuses a send outside an open window instead of attempting it.

What it costs

The Free plan covers one Instagram account and three active automations, with no card required. Lite is ₹199 or $9 a month. Starter, at ₹499 or $19 a month, adds Facebook Pages and the lead pipeline. Pro, at ₹1,499 or $39 a month, adds WhatsApp and story automation. Auto-replies are unlimited on every plan.

Common questions

Is Meta automation allowed?

Yes, when it runs on Meta’s official APIs with app-reviewed permissions, which is how Arolead works. Tools that log in with your password or drive a browser are the ones that put accounts at risk.

Can one tool automate Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp?
