Step 1
Connect Instagram through Meta
Log in with Meta’s own screen. You never share a password, and you do not need a Facebook Page: choose "Connect Instagram only" with a Business or Creator account.

Pick a trigger and write the reply
Choose comment keyword, story reply or DM keyword. Add a public reply, a DM, and optional steps to tag the person or ask a question.
Step 3
Turn it on and watch leads arrive
Every person who comments or messages becomes a lead with their conversation attached. Reply from the inbox and the bot pauses for that person.
Is Instagram automation allowed?
Yes, when it runs on the official Meta Graph API with app-reviewed permissions, which is how Arolead works. Tools that log in with your password or drive a browser session are the ones that put accounts at risk.
Meta’s rules still apply. A business can send one private reply to a comment within 7 days, and ordinary messages for 24 hours after a person’s last message. Arolead refuses a send outside an open window instead of attempting it, and runs one automation per event so a single comment never triggers three DMs.
What it costs
The Free plan covers one Instagram account and three active automations, with no card required. Auto-replies are unlimited on every plan. On Free, the first 50 replies each month go out at the speed you set and a 30-minute delay is added after that; nothing is refused.
Lite is ₹199 or $9 a month for two Instagram accounts and unlimited automations with no added delay. Starter, at ₹499 or $19 a month, adds the lead pipeline and Facebook. Pro, at ₹1,499 or $39 a month, adds story automation and WhatsApp.
Common questions
Do I need a Facebook Page for Instagram automation?
No. Choose "Connect Instagram only" and Arolead works directly with your Instagram Business or Creator account. A Facebook Page is only needed for Facebook comment and Messenger automation.
Does Instagram automation work on a personal account?
No. Meta only allows third-party tools on Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free in Instagram’s settings and takes a minute.
Will automated replies get my account restricted?
Arolead uses the official Meta API and only ever replies to a person who commented, replied to a story or messaged first. What gets accounts restricted is sending the same DM to people who did not ask for it, which the product does not do.
Is there a limit on automated replies?
No plan caps auto-replies. On Free, the first 50 each month go out at your chosen speed and later ones are delayed by 30 minutes. Paid plans never add a delay.
