1Information We Collect

Account information, When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication data from Google Sign-In.

Meta account information, When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we store an encrypted access token, your Page or Instagram Business account ID, display name, and profile picture.

Content and engagement data, Posts, comments, and direct messages that are processed as part of automations you configure.

Usage data, Pages visited, features used, actions taken inside the platform, and automation configuration data.

Device and log data, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and error logs.

2How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Arolead platform.
• Execute automations you have configured (scheduling, replies, DMs).
• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Communicate with you about service updates, new features, and support.
• Monitor and improve platform performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your connected account data to third parties.

3How We Use Meta Platform Data

Arolead integrates with the Meta Graph API to provide scheduling, engagement automation, and analytics features. Our use of Meta Platform Data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions necessary to deliver the features you use.

We only access the data necessary to perform the specific automations you set up. We do not use Meta Platform Data for any purpose unrelated to providing Arolead's features to you, and we do not share Meta Platform Data with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, our cloud hosting provider) or as required by law.

4Data Storage and Security

Access tokens for connected Meta accounts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Authentication sessions use short-expiry JWTs with refresh token rotation to minimise exposure in the event of token compromise.

5Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers, Cloud hosting, payment processing, and infrastructure vendors who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Meta Platforms Inc., To perform the actions you have requested via the Graph API (posting, replying, sending messages).
• Legal authorities, When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We do not sell your personal information.

6Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Disconnect your Meta account at any time from the Arolead dashboard, this immediately revokes our access and deletes your stored token.
• Request access or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at support@autoexecuted.com.
• Revoke app access directlyvia Facebook and Instagram's Apps and Websites settings at any time.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

7Data Deletion

When you delete your Arolead account, all personal data, including encrypted access tokens, automation configurations, and content logs, is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, financial records).

You can also delete a specific connected Meta account from your dashboard without deleting your entire Arolead account. This removes that account's token and associated automation data immediately.

8Children's Privacy

Arolead is designed for business and professional use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Continued use of Arolead after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
