1Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Arolead.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Arolead account.
• You must have the legal right and necessary permissions to connect any Instagram Business or Facebook Page account you link to Arolead.

2Description of Service

• Arolead provides tools to schedule social media posts, automate comment and direct message replies, and manage advertising campaigns on connected Instagram and Facebook accounts via the Meta Graph API.
• Features and availability may vary by subscription plan and may change over time as we improve the service.
• Arolead is a third-party tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

3Connecting Your Meta Accounts

• When you connect an Instagram Business account or Facebook Page, you authorize Arolead to access and act on that account according to the permissions you grant during Meta's OAuth process.
• You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your Arolead dashboard, which immediately revokes our access.
• You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of Arolead, including any automated replies, scheduled posts, or messages, complies with Meta's own Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable advertising policies.
• Arolead is not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your connected accounts, including suspension or restriction, resulting from content or activity you configure through our platform.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arolead to:

• Send unsolicited spam, deceptive, or misleading messages to Instagram or Facebook users.
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or any applicable Instagram or Facebook policy.
• Automate engagement in a manner designed to artificially inflate followers, likes, or comments.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content through automated replies or messages.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of Arolead or the Meta Graph API beyond normal use of the service.

5Subscription Plans and Billing

• Arolead offers free and paid subscription tiers as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at signup) until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We may change subscription pricing with prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6Automation Limits and Platform Compliance

• All automations are subject to Meta's API rate limits and messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window for direct messages.
• We reserve the right to pause or disable automations that we reasonably believe violate Meta's policies, to protect your connected account and our platform's standing with Meta.
• Arolead does not guarantee that any specific automation, message, or post will be delivered, as delivery depends on third-party systems (Meta's Graph API) outside our control.

7Intellectual Property

• Arolead and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain all rights to the content you create, schedule, or publish through Arolead, including post captions, automation rules, and reply templates.
• You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

8Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or violate Meta's Platform Policies in a way that puts our platform's API access at risk.
• You may close your Arolead account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion after account closure.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, and 10) will survive.

9Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Arolead is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service, including due to changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by Meta's Graph API.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arolead and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Arolead after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
