Is automating Instagram and Facebook allowed by Meta?
Yes. Arolead runs on the official Meta Graph API with app-reviewed permissions. You connect through Meta’s own login and never share a password, and every reply goes through the same endpoints Meta publishes for businesses.
Do I need a Facebook Page to automate Instagram?
No. Choose "Connect Instagram only" and it works directly with your Instagram Business or Creator account. A linked Facebook Page is only needed for Facebook comment and Messenger automation.
What does WhatsApp messaging cost?
You add your own payment method to your WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly at its published rates. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free. Arolead adds no markup on top.
Can I take over a conversation from the bot?
Yes. Reply from the unified inbox and the bot pauses for that lead. A customer who asks for a human, or a question the bot cannot answer, hands off automatically and flags the lead as needing you.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is forever free with no card required: one Instagram account, three active automations and unlimited auto-replies. After your first 50 replies each month a delay is added; paid plans never add one.
Is my account data safe?
Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are only used to run the automations you build. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Accounts page.
How is Arolead different from ManyChat?
Arolead includes a lead pipeline and CRM alongside the automations, covers Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp from one inbox, and never caps auto-replies on any plan. Pricing is set for India in rupees, with dollar plans for everyone else.
